Are you ready to release your "Inner Artist?"
Indulge your creative side and connect with your Inner Artist! During this evening session, you can bring your favourite wine, or tea/coffee.
DESCRIPTION
Come along and paint "Celebration of Women" with artist Wendy Mills-Sheppard. This event is a perfect opportunity to create memories as a mother/daughter team, good friends, sisters, etc. It's a night to celebrate the special women in your life; the ones who helped shape who you are as a strong woman yourself!
No prior painting experience necessary. All materials will be provided
AGE: Ages 16+ (ID will be required for those under 19). Ages are adjusted for this paint night to allow mothers and teen daughters to attend.
COST: $40 per individual ticket or $65 double.
NOTE: SESSION ENDING TIMES vary from session to session and with each unique group of painters but usually run approximately 2.5 and 2.75 hours.
WHAT TO WEAR: We will be using acrylic paints which are difficult to remove when dry. Though you may be really careful accidents can happen so please dress with this in mind.
CANCELLATION: 48 hours notice is required to receive a full refund or credit towards a future class. You can make arrangements to have someone take your place, however, please let me know the names so I’ll have the guest list right.
PLEASE SIGN UP EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. Spaces are limited (MAX 15) and tickets must be purchased in advance to hold your spot.
WHEN TO ARRIVE: I will start promptly so please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled in.

ABOUT THE TEACHER: Wendy Mills-Sheppard holds a Fine Arts degree from NSCAD University (Halifax) and a Bachelor of Education from Memorial University. She has been an Art Teacher at Crescent Collegiate for 15 years. She started teaching Paint Night sessions and has hosted or co-hosted 10 events to date. They're lots of fun and it's wonderful to see everyone leave with a painting they can be proud of at the end of the night. :)
