Hi there!
​Thanks for stopping by. I have been an Art teacher at a 7-12 high school in a small town in Newfoundland since 2003. For the past 6 years, I have also been teaching English. Both hold a warm place in my heart. I have always been a creative person. My interests include painting, drawing, printmaking, gardening, designing, dreaming and building things. 

In addition to teaching full time, I am currently working on a Master's in Education, and I teach private art classes, and host the occasional paint night. Holding these classes and events are what rejuvenates me.

I am a mother to two teenagers and a cat named Sally.
